Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two product categories:

1) Serene Skinlab Skincare

a. Standard Local Delivery (Singapore)
All orders will be processed & shipped within 3-5 working days by our local delivery provider depending on which service you selected during the checkout. 

b. International Shipping (Worldwide)
All orders will be processed & shipped within 7-14 working days by our international delivery provider but can take longer from time to time, depending on the shipping carrier you have selected during the checkout. There may be delays depending on the travel situation around the world. 

2) Other Products ( Beauty Tools, Others) 

All orders will be processed & shipped within 14-24 working days by our international delivery provider but can take longer from time to time depending on the global situation for travel and flights.  

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please let us know through our contact page here. All returns or refunds will be treated on a case by case basis. All goods must be returned in their original conditions with return shipping paid. 
If the goods were damaged or lost by the courier during shipping, and you received less than perfect goods. Please do let us know and we will try to help.
