What shipping methods are available? Do you ship internationally?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Delivery methods and rates are updated and refreshed automatically when you select your country of residence. If you would like to enquire more on special shipping areas, please drop us a note.
How long will it take to get my package?
Most delivery services take 2-3 working days to deliver your package. If you have any urgent delivery requirements, you can select the 1-day delivery service which may cost more.
Selected Beauty tools may take up to 2 weeks for delivery due to a delay in international shipping.
What if I need to return or refund something?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please let us know through our contact page here. All returns or refunds will be treated on a case by case basis. All goods must be returned in their original conditions with return shipping paid.
If the goods were damaged or lost by the courier during shipping, and you received less than perfect goods. Please do let us know and we will try to help.

We accept payment by all major credit cards, GRABPAY, PAYNOW and also payment via Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer.

Where are your products made?
All Serene Skinlab skincare products are made in Singapore. Our manufacturing facility in Singapore is GMP compliant, working closely with our partners to create unique and high quality skincare that you can trust.
We also source some of our beauty tools worldwide from reputed distributors. If you have any suggestion or feedback on the types of beauty tools you would like to see more of, please drop us a note here.
